    • J. Wayne Prejean, Jr., P.E., Senior Environmental Wayne has been a consulting engineer since 1999. He is experienced in all aspects of site assessment, remediation design and implementation, site closure, statistical data evaluation, solid waste permitting and regulatory compliance, fate and transport analysis and modeling. Wayne manages all aspects of Risk Evaluation and Corrective Action Planning (RECAP), as well as all OPA 90 and SPCC planning and compliance. He is responsible for planning, design and installation of soil and groundwater remediation systems, management of site remediation activities, treatment system operation and maintenance, and cost control. He performs statistical trend analysis and interpretation, data regression, and QA/QC analysis of groundwater monitoring data for multiple clients and routinely manages large databases. He has been working since 2000 implementing environmental engineering and remediation projects in Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana. His projects have been in a wide variety of disciplines including groundwater/soil remediation, surveying, geotechnical, environmental engineering, and construction project management. He has conducted and directed work entailing subsurface investigations, groundwater monitoring, groundwater/soil remediation system installation, corrective action plan development and implementation, site investigations, Risk Evaluation Corrective Action Plans (RECAP), defense litigation support, hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal, and transportation/disposal. Jason has performed both field and reporting activities associated with all of these types of projects since 2000. He now manages all aspects of them.

    • Mike Mills, P.G., Staff Mike Mills joined ICON in 2008. Mike is a graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in both Geology and Geophysics. He has more than 15 years of background experience in oil and gas exploration mapping, volumetric calculations, prospect mapping, and more than 5 years of experience in environmental consulting. Mike has completed extensive coarse work from Oklahoma State University in Hydrogeological studies. He routinely performs surface geophysical surveys using or in-house GEM and an EM-31 surveying instruments. Mike also assists in site investigation activities and provides litigation oversight.

    • John Domingue, Staff John has approximately 12 years of professional experience in the environmental field. Prior to joining ICON John gained experience in other environmental consulting areas and at the state regulatory level. John routinely performs surface geophysical activities for ICON and site investigation sampling. John also conducts site investigations and provides over sight for litigation projects.

    • Derek Pourciau, Senior Environmental
Derek performs multimedia environmental sampling for numerous industrial, solid waste disposal, and UST facilities. He also collects groundwater samples from litigation case sites. Other duties include performing routine and interim system maintenance activities on remediation systems. Derek is also certified to conduct NORM surveys at MSHA regulated facilities.

    • Drew Campbell, Staff Drew performs multimedia environmental sampling for numerous industrial, solid waste disposal, and UST facilities. He is a project manager for litigation case sites where he collects soil and groundwater samples, runs geophysical logging tools, groundwater classification, soil profiling, research of historical data, report writing, and other duties.

  • Chris Miller, Environmental Mr. Miller has been a field technician performing soil and groundwater sampling since 2006. He operates a Failing F-2 rotary wash and hollow stem auger drilling rig and a Power Probe Direct Push rig for the collection of soil samples and for the installation of groundwater monitoring wells and recovery wells. He has experience operating drilling rigs since 2008. He has experience in the maintenance and repair of remediation systems and drilling equipment.
